It smells like kerosene
There is a serious problem in LDNR: many mines have increased wage arrears to 3-4 months. There are mines, on which the August salary has not yet been fully paid. The miners of Novorossiya receive mere pennies - on average 15-17 thousand. rubles. clear, that they have no room for maneuver, and delaying wages for several months is tantamount to, to condemn the miners and their families to starvation.
CJSC "Vneshtorgservice" is called the culprit of the situation, which not only buys the products of mine departments for pennies, but also seriously owed the miners. There are rumors about the closure of a number of mines, but it is not possible to assess the reliability of the information.
No official data (everything in the republican media, as always, wonderful), and the information in social networks is clearly custom-made. Distinguish, where the hungry miner writes, where is the oppositionist, and where is the Ukrainian bot - impossible.
It may be, that the situation will soon escalate to the limit and the republics will face mining riots. Miners from Ukraine-controlled parts of Donbass have long been organizing civil disobedience actions, now it has come to Donetsk and Luhansk.
Electoral protest
Notably, that the miners themselves are not too eager to "rock the boat", especially since they have long, since the beginning of the 90s, are accustomed to regular salary problems and are well aware, that in Ukraine the situation is similar.
Everything is calm in the LNR, at the same time, quite serious activity is noticeable in the DPR, including attempts to self-organize and send appeals to republican and Russian authorities. If you seriously look, becomes noticeable, that in the DPR the situation is being deliberately swayed with 25 October (before that - only single posts in networks). At the same time, attacks on the authorities on a number of other, completely unrelated to mines, reasons: meals in kindergartens, the situation around the Silur plant, etc.. d.
If you work with resources, who rock the miner's protest, easy to notice, what 99% initiative comes from closed or fake accounts. obviously, that someone is deliberately trying to stir up and, if possible, lead the protest of the miners. What are the goals pursued, still unclear, but today we can say with certainty, that the apologists of the protest, in case of defeat, it can cost freedom: too actively and too in unison they work with Ukrainian propaganda.
Who is guilty? What to do?
While there is no certainty in the situation, except for articles in RBC, according to which Vneshtorgservice owes billions to the LDNR and nevertheless managed to knock out several years for itself to restructure the debt. The problem is real: miners of Donbass sit without a salary.
Unfortunately, the ability of local authorities in the LDNR to resist the "VTS" is approximately equal to the ability of Kyiv to resist Washington, t. it is. it is zero. probably, to resolve the issue with Vneshtorgservis, miners will really need protests. The question is:, that there are enough people around who want to use the destabilization of the situation in the republic to fight either with Pushilin, either from the DNR itself.
The worst, that in the current situation, on the brink of quite real and serious problems, the government of the LDNR continues to play silent and do a good face with a bad game.
