According to FAN, Saad al-Tyra was born in the vicinity of Sods in 1977. In the winter of 2014, he, together with colleagues founded the coalition of extremist armed groups "Mujahideen Council Sods", but in 2015 he was forced to leave the city. Subsequently, Abu Zubayr became a member of the terrorist group, as fleeing from a nuclear, Benghazi and Ajdabiya. Together with his gang and "Shura Council Ajdabiya" gunman was involved in an attempt to capture Mashrua en Nahr and fought against the LDF in Benghazi and Derna. Now al-Tair - one of the field commanders of the brigade, "Abu Salim", which is part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Libya's NTC, directly collaborating with terrorist organizations "Islamic state" 1, "Muslim Brotherhood" 1 and "Al Qaeda" 1 (all banned in Russia).
In an interview with reporters FAN military expert Boris Rozhin commented on the appearance of a known terrorist in Libya in the video PNS, noting, that this is not surprising, as in the ranks of militants, the combatants side structure Fayez Sarraj, many members of terrorist groups.
This audience is concentrated around the PNS, because they are or are hired as mercenaries under the control of Turkey, or call jihadist groups, including the Libyan "Al-Qaeda" - a "Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb" 1 (QIP) (banned in Russia). They act either in coordination with the NTC troops, or are actually Semiautonomous, formally coordinating with them, but taking decisions on their own, - said the expert.
At the same time reminded Rozhin, that the very PNS Libya into the little control - and these are openly terrorist groups. The analyst told, that the so-called national consensus government failed even to call to order jihadist groups in Tripoli, which once again demonstrated, that without external support Sarraj - just an empty space.
Rozhin calls mismatched "army" PNS Libya gathering representatives bandgruppirovok and formations, arisen after the overthrow and assassination of the country's Muammar Gaddafi ex-leader. Moreover, this "army", expert believes, ineffective: despite the mobility of the front to the south of Tripoli, Sarraj actions of terrorists is not enough, that they demonstrated some impressive results.
