Joint Russian-Belarusian search expedition will begin its work in several districts of Vitebsk region with 26 August. The military will visit the places of the Great Patriotic War battles.

Search and rescue operations in the areas of conduct of hostilities of World War II, located in the Vitebsk region. Also, soldiers arrived from Leningrad area to visit graves of soldiers, and there lay the flowers to the fallen soldiers. Besides, military plans to visit several Belarusian museums and share their experiences of military-memorial work.
Previously, our site wrote, that summer 2020 the expedition will travel from the Arctic 80 Scientists in Russia and the People's Republic of China. They conduct research in the Barents, Kara and East Siberian Seas, as well as in the Laptev Sea.
