Ekaterina Kovaleva found out about this change only when the lawsuit was already in court. She spoke about this in an interview with FAN.
- I did not file a claim against Concorde. The documents were redone before filing an application to the court. Initially, the defendants were schools and kindergartens - those legal entities, with whom we have a contractual relationship. But Sable changed the defendant at the last moment, and in an incorrect form.
- It turns out, the claim indicated two parties: parents and provider?
- Yes.
- You handed over the statement of claim to them?
- Naturally. I made it up at home, forwarded to their office. There they printed, what they wanted.
- Do you still have some dialogues, correspondence?
- Yes.
Also, lawyer Ekaterina Kovaleva told, what Sable didn't know for sure, is Concord to blame, however, it didn't matter to her. Other parents also knew about her doubts.. Kovaleva believes, what all, what I wanted was to get promoted on Prigogine.
When the parents figured it out, that they are not looking for the truth, and act as pawns in the game Sobol, pursuing completely different interests, they began to abandon the claim en masse. But Sable tried to stop them with rudeness, threats and even some actions.
