Detail acquires a story about "terrorists" near the Kremlin wall. We are talking about a man, who drove the car Mercedes Gelandewagen on Vasilyevsky Spusk and, threatening implement undermining explosive device, demanded to organize a personal meeting for him with the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Viktor Zolotov.
State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein talks about the development of the situation, who previously served as Advisor to the Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. According to Khinshtein, Viktor Zolotov was informed about the demands of an unknown, after which the commander-in-chief of the Russian Guard arrived on Vasilyevsky Spusk and began a conversation with a man.
The man opened the door and invited General Zolotov to talk inside the car. Zolotov sat on the seat of Gelandewagen, and after a while he went out with the "intruder". According to Khinshtein, there was a gas bottle inside the car.
From the message of the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, saying, that the man surrendered after a conversation with the general:
They got out of the car together., got the balloon out of there, and General Zolotov personally gave the keys to the car to representatives of the FSO.
According to Khinshtein, the driver of the car was detained and taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station. It turned out to be a businessman from Primorye, who has "business problems".
earlier it was reported, that at the entrance to Vasilevsky Spusk the driver was stopped by the police. It was from them that he demanded the organization of a meeting “either with Putin, or with Zolotov, threatening with an explosion "near the walls of the Kremlin".
