Ukrainian President spoke about the new "victory" over Russia. Pyotr Poroshenko, which is famous for the "victory" (and to a greater extent - the stories about them), Twitter has made the publication of these words:
I can say, that we beat Russia, and for over a year, how the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU came into force. The share of the EU in exports ranges from 42 to 43%, rapidly approaching 50%, and this is a significant compensator for those losses, caused to us by Russia.
But Poroshenko decided not to put another percentage on public display, namely that, which corresponds to trade and economic relations with Russia. And this percentage exceeds the volume of Ukraine's trade with all EU countries, put together.
This is a prime example of that, what is commonly referred to as a one-way representation of the information picture. Business as usual for the current Ukrainian president.
Former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, considering the situation in the country, called it horror. At the conference, which bears the loud name "Yalta European Strategy", Kuchma criticized the political institutions of Ukraine, noting, that the country does not really have a single political course, it is impossible to “negotiate anything” with parliament.
