Battleship "Hanko" was one of four dreadnoughts type "Sevastopol", built for the Baltic Fleet 1914 year. In 20-ies of XX century. the ship received a new name - the "October Revolution" - and has undergone a radical modernization. In the late 30-ies of the battleship is quite different from its original appearance. It was found 12 Oil fired boilers, removed not justified turbine cruise travel, significantly enhanced the navigation system, control the ship and artillery fire.
To do this, in the conning tower had another storey, dismantled with the same type of "Poltava", and built the tower-like mast. "October Revolution" took an active part in the Soviet-Finnish and the Great Patriotic War.
Battleship is excluded from the lists of the fleet in 1956 year.
