World Bank published material, which I found the root of the evil of the world economy. The World Bank report says, that every year the world economy loses up 15-30 (!) trillion dollars for one reason only - not available in all countries, girls of school age have access to education. Analysts say the World Bank, that if all the girls of school age received at least secondary education, the total earnings of women on planet Earth would have been under further 30 trillion US dollars.
Statistics from the World Bank for today is: secondary education in the world are around 77% women. And there are states, in which the level of education of the female population does not exceed one third of the total number of women. In this case we have in mind is a secondary education. The initial level of education are almost 90% all women.
Economic statistics WB says, that women, who have no education, have earnings, that on 14-19% earnings below those, who were able to get at least a primary education. Women with secondary education are already twice as many illiterate. And with higher, according to the World Bank, – threefold.
The World Bank says, that if the education system to resolve the issue of gender equality, somewhere in the world there have been significant greater economic growth, than the one, which is fixed at the moment. About, who and what tools will be "gender-leveling" system of education in different countries of the world, representatives of the World Bank did not report.
For reference: the UN estimates that Russia is one of the most successful countries in terms of literacy (the presence of primary education) with indicators above 99,6%. Outsiders in this respect are the African countries such as Niger, Mali and Guinea, where the total is below the level of literacy 29%.
