The Russian Defense Ministry has responded to the publication in some media, which reported the alleged death of the Russian troops on the Syrian territory. In a statement the Ministry of Defense says that, that material, which appeared in the publication Lenta.ru, in which journalists refer to the accounts of militants in social networks, is untrue.
