The Russian Defense Ministry has decided to introduce this fall in military training program specific exercises of the Russian army, aimed at the destruction of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, reported in the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense.
As explained in the Russian Defense Ministry, a new program to combat drone designed by the Syrian experience. Students will learn to shoot down drones with automatic weapons, sniper rifles and large-caliber weapons. Under the new program, protection drones will now be attributed not only to the army air defense, but also on the staff of the Land Forces, Airborne and Marine Corps, since exercise is already included in the program of combat training CB, VDV and VMF.
The program algorithms military actions have been developed at the detection of enemy drones, procured a special target, and developed training places. The training program provides exercise for actions of a single soldier, and as part of units, starting and ending with the platoon Brigade, in this action will be tested at any time, in all weathers and in all seasons.
