At the reception in the Kremlin were invited 800 graduates of educational institutions of Ministry of Defense, FSB, FSO, Rosgvardii, Ministry for Emergency Situations, Interior Ministry and the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service.
Recall, the armed conflict in Syria began in March 2011 of the year. Russia launched an operation against the terrorist group IG (banned in Russia) in September 2015 , at the request of the official Damascus.
