At the Theater Square of Lugansk People's Republic capital – Lugansk, today held a meeting “Ukrainian People's Tribunal”, during which the current government led by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has been found guilty of war crimes against the Ukrainian nation. During the meeting, “People's Tribunal” Poroshenko sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia, with confiscation of all property.
Besides Poroshenko, In its ruling, “Ukrainian People's Tribunal” (Sleep) found guilty of war crimes against the citizens of Ukraine, these politicians poslemaydannyh: Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, Secretary of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Andrei Parubiya, Defense Minister of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Viktor Muzhenko, as well as the ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, and the current prime minister, Vladimir Groisman.
For multiple offenses CNT sentenced all these persons to life imprisonment with confiscation of all property. sentence will be counted from the moment of detention.
It should be noted, that Ukrainian legislation does not contain such a thing, as “People's Tribunal”, but all materials, collected in the course of a CNT, They will be transferred to the Supreme Court of Ukraine for an official verdict, when there is a change of power.
Ukrainian People's Tribunal established in March 2018 the initiative group of citizens of Ukraine, living in the Donetsk and Lugansk. CNT is investigating war crimes, committed in the Donbass regime of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. In its work, the tribunal shall act in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, as well as the norms of international law.
At the request of lawyers, participating in the CNT, Poroshenko regime crimes have no limitation period, all documents, collected during criminal investigations in the Donbas are procedurally designed and directed to the appropriate authorities, including international bodies.
