US State Department calls from Kiev to stop delaying the process of creation of the Anti-Corruption Court on the IMF conditions. Recall, that the IMF offers Ukraine to the creation of the Anti-Corruption Court, in which all the main roles will be performed by international experts. Kiev also said, that the composition of the Anti-Corruption Court must be formed from among the Ukrainian jurisdiction judges, And by the judges themselves.

Creating a truly independent Anti-Corruption Court is the most important, urgent steps, that the Ukrainian government can do to meet these requirements (the som) and reduce the level of corruption, ugrozhayuscheny national security, economic development and the establishment of Ukrainian democracy.
