The head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (NPT) Alexander Zakharchenko has reacted to reports about the upcoming APU Command Ukrainian military exercises in the Sea of Azov and the closure of several areas of the sea at the time of exercise. He declared, DNR that the armed forces reserve the right to open fire in case of a threat from the Ukrainian military during APU exercises in the Sea of Azov.
