Hungary in the document calls on NATO member states to protect minorities, residing on the territory of Ukraine, discriminatory laws, in particular the Law on Education, provides instruction in the Ukrainian language schools. Exactly how NATO forces will protect the Transcarpathian Hungarians and other people in Ukraine, non-Ukrainians, the document does not say.
Hungary's position in the dispute with Ukraine in the language of the law and supported Romania, previously also stated, that the law violates the rights of national minorities, living in the Square.
