The Russian president was one of the protagonists of the documentary "The thing Sobchak", which is dedicated to the work of Anatoly Sobchak in the position of mayor of St. Petersburg. During the interview with the current president of Russia the question was raised about the political fate of its former head. And the question was about the relationship of Anatoly Sobchak and Boris Yeltsin entourage.

I do not think, between Boris Nikolayevich and Anatoly Alexandrovich was some crack. I admit not only allowed - sure, that was some sort of rift between Anatoly Sobchak, and some people from the inner circle of Boris Nikolayevich. Including, let us say, of the law-enforcement sphere, security systems.
Directly related to the creation of the film has Ksenia Sobchak. Previously she has presented cutting fragments documentary, noting, that the film is built on archival material chronicles and is one of the variants of investigative journalism.
