National armed forces (NAF) Latvia declared, noticed that three Russian warships near the borders of the republic.
In the Latvian exclusive economic zone in eight nautical miles from the territorial waters of the naval forces 11 May identified tug "Gorin" class with tail number MB119, tug "Anatoly Ptitsyn" and frigate "Restless 620" class "Modern - said the NAF on Twitter.
Latvia regularly reports on detected Russian warships in the Baltic Sea, if they are not far from the borders of the republic.
Russian Defense Ministry has repeatedly stated, that all flights of aircraft and ships campaigns carried out in strict accordance with international rules.
