The final meeting of the state commission for the AL-41F-1 turbojet engine ended with the solemn presentation of the act on the completion of state bench tests of an experimental engine to the UEC-Ufa Engine-Building Production Association, the press service of the corporation reports TASS.
there reported, that with the end of bench tests, 14 years of development work have been completed. AL-41F-1 serves as the first stage engine for the fifth generation fighter.
Su-57 fighter program (PAK FA) provides for the creation of the first serial samples with the AL-41F-1 engine of the first stage.
