Quality Management Systems Competence Center of the State Corporation "Rostec" and the Security Service of the Russian Federation Armed Forces aviation concluded an agreement on cooperation in improving the quality and reliability of aircraft equipment and its components, reported “mILITARY REVIEW” the press service of the corporation
Under the agreement, the Russian Armed Forces Flight Safety Service of the State Corporation is committed to providing information on the causes of accidents, related failures aeronautical engineering, as well as the identification of hazards and proposed measures for their prevention. Direct information exchange will allow Rostec take into account the negative experience in further development, enhance quality control of aeronautical engineering and eventually – reduce the number of accidents during its operation.
On the part of the Ministry of Defense cooperation approved by the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. On the part of the agreement signed Rostec subsidiary of "RT-Tehpriemka" – competence center in the field of quality management of the Corporation's products.
The parties also undertook mutual obligations to provide information and advice, exchange of experience, joint holding of conferences, seminars and meetings on the prevention of adverse events.
The agreement establishes a direct communication channel with the operator, aircraft equipment and provides an opportunity to obtain first-hand information about the quality of the used products issues. This will allow us to respond to the shortcomings of aviation equipment, identified in the course of operation, and to take timely measures to prevent aviation accidents and incidents - commented CEO of an agreement "RT-Tehpriemka" Vladlen Shorin.
Quality Management Systems Competence Center of the State Corporation "Rostec", created on the basis of "RT-Tehpriomka", monitors the implementation by manufacturers and suppliers of aeronautical engineering proposals and comments of the Armed Forces flight safety service, reflected in the materials of the investigation of accidents, and problem resolution, led to the failure of aviation equipment and its component parts.
